Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) Packing Machines
Bags made from roll film: pillow, gusset, stand-up and hanging-hole bags from 30 g to 5 kg+, matched with a multihead weigher, auger filler, cup filler or liquid pump.
A vertical form fill seal machine pulls flat roll film over a forming collar, seals it into a tube, fills it and cuts each bag. Because film is cheaper than premade pouches, VFFS gives the lowest cost per bag for snacks, nuts, frozen food, rice, sugar, flour and detergent powder.
