Solid, regular-shaped products are packed horizontally on a flow wrapper. Servo models detect product length automatically and refuse to cut through mis-positioned items. Combine with an automatic sorting line to receive products straight from the oven or cooling tunnel, and with gas flushing (MAP) to extend the shelf life of baked goods.
